Getting Ready

I had a big day today, having to take both of the dogs to the vet. One of my poor puppies is almost 5 years old and now I have to take her to a specialist to evaluate whether or not she is going to have all the bones in both of her front feet and wrists fused so she can walk a little easier... Right now, her front paws are deformed and she barely walks to go potty... This new vet doesn't believe that she has rheumatoid arthritis at all...

Anyways... I found this website called Truestar Health and it looks like they sell supplements. I don't know how I feel about all that right now, but what is really cool about this site (so far) is that they offer free meal and exercise planning.

I made an account and filled out all the questionnaires to establish my goals.

I have my meal plan. This will have to wait until next week some time so that I can go shopping for healthier food.

My exercise plan looks pretty good.


I selected to work out 5 days a week with it split between 2 days resistance training and 3 days of cardio. It has Wednesdays and Saturdays as my rest days:

I selected walking and biking as my cardio options, so I'm assuming this will alternate.

So... Expect to hear from me first thing in the morning with a weigh in and if I'm brave maybe some pictures... Don't hold your breath for the pictures, but we'll see what happens!
